Refund And Cancellation

Once a student has enrolled in a course or program at Sankalp Group of Institutes, the fees paid for that course or program are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, personal issues, or changes in schedule. We strongly advise students to carefully review the course requirements, prerequisites, and expectations before enrolling in any program.
Cancellation Policy
If a student needs to cancel their enrolment in a course or program, they must do so at least 15 days prior to the start of the program. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the entire course fee. We do not offer any refunds or transfers for any cancellations made after the 15-day deadline.
Transfer Policy
At Sankalp Group of Institutes, we do not offer any transfers of course fees from one course or program to another. Once a student has enrolled in a course or program, the fees paid for that course or program cannot be transferred to any other program or course.
Exceptions
In rare cases, Sankalp Group of Institutes may allow for a refund or transfer of course fees due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster or an extreme medical emergency. Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to the approval of the institute's management team.
